Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dr RxPharmacy ensures to reach highest standards with the products the pharmacy offers. However, our online pharmacy guarantees to refund in the following cases.

Dr RxPharmacy would refund if,

(1)  Any or all of the medicines/products ordered, are lost or damaged in transit.

(2)  The customer receives defective products.

(3)  The products received are expired/out of date.

(4)  Wrong products have been delivered.

 It takes 30 working days for the refund to appear in your account, in case of wire transfer, money orders, and cheques. It is the bank’s process that takes a few days to process the refund, Dr RxPharmacy has no role in it. The customer is required to send the product details over the email, including the reasons for the refund.

In case of defective products, please attach the pictures in the mail.

NOTE: Dr RxPharmacy would not be liable for any of the above, if the customer fails to notify the pharmacy of the issue within 7 days of receiving the order, i.e., there would be no refund.
